Webinar Information

1) We mail workbooks in weekly batches. We will mail your workbook to you at least one week before the start of the webinar (except for last-minute registrants). You will receive tracking information from after we ship the workbook.

2) This is a live broadcast. You cannot rewatch the broadcast on demand. You must be present during the broadcast.

3) Webinar access instructions will be emailed by the end of the day, Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Please check your spam and junk folders. Contact on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 if you do not receive your webinar access instructions.

4) Access to X-ZONE will be set up by the end of the day, Tuesday, February 22, 2022 following the webinar. You will have 9 months to activate your X-ZONE and 6 weeks of usage after activation.

5) For category A CMEs, we will send our attendance roster to the SDMS at the conclusion of the webinar. The SDMS will e-mail your CME certificates to you 1-3 weeks after the conclusion of the webinar. No partial CME credits will be issued by SDMS. CME recipients must have participated in the entirety of an approved course.

6) For AMA PRA Category 1 CMEs, we will e-mail a Penn State survey to all recipients. Upon successful completion of the survey, you will receive your Category 1 CMEs.
